This course bundle is ideal for anyone looking to launch their Cisco networking career, specifically in Cisco cyber ops and security. It consists of one Cisco Certified Technician (CCT) certification in Routing and Switching, one Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification, one Cisco Certified CyberOps Associate certification, and one Cisco Certified Networking Professional (CCNP) certifications, specialising in Cisco security. Although there are no formal prerequisites to enrol on the CCNA, or CCNP certification courses and sit the exams, learners should have a good foundation knowledge in networking.

Learn why now is a great time to get Cisco certified.

The Cisco Certified Technician Routing and Switching (CCT Routing and Switching) certification focuses on the skills required for onsite support and maintenance of Cisco routers, switches, and operating environments. It’s a great starting point if you’re new to Cisco networking. Technicians in this area must be able to identify Cisco router and switch models, accessories, cabling, and interfaces; understand the Cisco IOS Software operating modes and identify commonly found software; and be able to use the Cisco Command Line Interface (CLI) to connect and service products. Achieving CCT Routing and Switching certification is considered the best foundation for supporting other Cisco devices and systems.

Earning the CCNA is usually the first ‘major’ certification step in preparing for a career in Cisco networking technologies. To earn your CCNA certification, you only need to pass one exam – which covers a broad range of fundamentals for IT careers, based on the latest networking technologies.

The Cisco Certified CyberOps Associate certification program validates the day-today, tactical knowledge and skills that Security Operations Center (SOC) teams need to detect and respond to cyber security threats. The certification validates the fundamentals needed for associate-level job roles, with one exam and one training course to help you prepare. The exam and training cover knowledge and skills related to security concepts, security monitoring, host-based analysis, network intrusion analysis, and security policies and procedures. From a recognized provider of security solutions and certifications, the CyberOps Associate certification and training program is your pathway to a career in cyber security operations.

The CCNP Security certification is designed to help you prove your skills in the ever-changing landscape of security technologies. The program prepares you for today’s professional-level job roles in
security technologies. One of the industry’s most respected certifications, CCNP validates the core knowledge you need while providing the flexibility to choose a focus area. To earn your CCNP Security, you must pass two exams: a core exam and a concentration exam of your choice. This course bundle includes the core exam and concentration exam. The core exam’s focus is ‘Securing Networks with Cisco Firepower Technologies‘ – Cisco CCNP Security SNCF (Exam 300-710).

Upon completion of this course and meeting Acclaim’s requirements, you’ll receive four Cisco ‘Acclaim’ badges (three shown here – CCT not shown) that you can add to your CV or social media profile for prospective employers to see. You’ll also receive one official Cisco CCT certification, one official Cisco CCNA certification, one official Cisco Cyber Ops Associate certification, and one official Cisco CCNP Security certification. Click on one of the badges to learn more about it.

What’s included in this certification bundle?

This bundle contains five Cisco certification courses, one live lab, four practice tests to prep you for the exams, and five official Cisco exams covering each certification course. Learners cannot progress onto the CCNP concentration course and exam until they have passed the CCNP core exam first (CCNP 350-701).

How is each course taught?

All courses are online and self-paced, meaning you do it in your own home, in your own time, at your own pace and best of all… any where in the world, providing you have access to a laptop, PC or desktop computer, and an internet connection. Each lesson is pre-recorded allowing you to pause, fast-forward, skip sections, or go back to another lesson if you need to. The lessons are multi-media based, which means video and audio are used to teach the lessons. Your tutor will use PowerPoint slides, illustrations, diagrams and give demonstrations to teach each class.  Most lessons are also interactive, prompting the learner to participate.  This might involve answering on-screen questions, participating in tasks.

How long will it take me to complete each course?

As mentioned above, our courses are self-paced. Some students finish their courses faster than others. Each certification course is between 6-30 hours. The total duration of the video tutorials is 112 hours. Additional time will need to be factored in for the revision of the practice exams at the end of each course. You will have 12 months to complete your courses and take your exams.

Please note that if you opt to pay for this course through installments, you will not be able to book your exam/s until your full balance is paid.

What do I need?

All you need is an internet connection and a device, such as a smart phone, tablet, laptop or PC, and an internet connection. To get the most out of the course, we recommend you access it using either a laptop or desktop computer through Google Chrome.

How does this course bundle work?

This course bundle is in part made up of four main resources as shown below. Some certification courses have their own set of resources, i.e. 1 x video based course, 1 x practice lab, 1 x MeasureUP or Kaplan practice exam, 1 x official Cisco exam (some courses may not include a practice test and/or live lab, but will always include a video based course and official Cisco exam. Refer to the sections above to see which courses include live labs and practice tests). Each resource is designed to work in conjunction with each other to ensure the successful path to certification. You will complete one course and exam, then repeat the process for the remaining courses. Read below to learn more about the resources that make up this course.

  Video Learning

Access to video based online learning material. Tutors use diagrams and illustrations to teach the classes, as well as giving demonstrations. Lessons are pre-recorded allowing you to fast-forward, rewind and pause at any time throughout the lessons. Videos can be viewed on different devices including a desktop computer, laptop, tablet, and smart phone.

 Practice Labs
The hands-on live practice labs allow you to experience practical application of course concepts in an authentic online environment 24/7, all from the comfort of your home or office. The lab environment allows you to test and apply your skills as you learn. These labs also come with tasks challenging what you have learnt. To learn more about practice labs, click here.

 MeasureUP Practice Tests
After working your way through each course and practice labs, you should be ready to start revising for your official exams. To do this, we provide you with MeasureUP or Kaplan practice tests. These one of the closest experiences to the actual exam you’ll be taking.

 Official Cisco Exams
Having confidently passed the practice tests, you will be ready to sit the official Cisco exams – which we will book on your behalf. You must complete each course before taking an exam. Once you have passed the necessary exams for each course, you will receive your official Cisco certification for that course, e.g. CCNA.
